Well... Good girls are the ones that love and care for one another in any type of situation and they think of sex as a special bond between a man and a women. They always do what their told without any questions asked and in most cases they always do what their asked. They also never want to do anything that will affect them and others around them. Basically, saying that someone is a good person is calling them good because of their actions and intentions towards themselves and others.
Nice girl is more referring towards their personality, basically is someone who shows compassion and kindness towards others. Well..some nice girls may never actually show their true emotions and feelings towards others, they will only show their actions and feelings that others what to see, instead of really expressing how they truly feel inside.

A good girl knows the difference right and wrong, and doesn't deviate from her principles. A nice girl is friendly and very easy to like, but this doesn't mean that she isn't naughty.

A nice girl is a real keeper, a girl that you would be proud to show to your parents, and yet will satisfy you in bed too. In other words, she's a nice girl with a freaky side--perfect!

a "good girl' by definition would be one that doesn't break the rules of the tradition and society. A nice girl, could be liberal, lively, and even a party girl, that is warm towards everyone, mingles very easily and gives everyone a chance to get to know her, and know them for who they are.
That's the difference.
