If you are want to trade information? I'm working on Rhodes family in Indiana, that came from Ohio from Pa. But I also have found another branch from Ky, Va, NC, and TN. I'm assuming they are the same family, but I'm not sure.

Rhodes is a name that came to England in the 11th century wave of migration that was set off by the Norman Conquest of 1066. The Rhodes family lived in Lincolnshire at Rhodes, from whence their name is derived.

Spelling variations include: Rhodes, Rhoades, Rhode, Rhoads, Roades, Roads and others.
First found in Lincolnshire where they were seated from very early times and were granted lands by Duke William of Normandy, their liege Lord, for their distinguished assistance at the Battle of Hastings in 1066 A.D.

Some of the first settlers of this name or some of its variants were: John Rhode settled in Virginia with his wife and three children in 1709; along with Phillip and his wife and four children; John Rhodes settled in Maryland in 1774.
