and they in cell heaven, which they might cause an accident or kill someone. And they don't even realized what happened! Cell phones should be outlawed to people driving!

I agree. Even the hands free models people are still paying attention to the conversation and not the road.

I agree 100%!!!!!!!
They DO NOT pay attention to how they are driving or the other cars around them!!!
If I ever get in an accident cuz of some moron being on his phone ... I AM going to literally shove it up his @$$!!!!
You'll know when ya hear about it on the news! LOL!
Well this past friday .. We saw an accident right in front of us... The lady infront of us slowed down but DID NOT fully stop at the red light...(we were both like WTF!!!???) Well on the street to the right (they had the green light) A lady was pulling out making a right turn... WELL the lady who decided that she didn't have to stay stopped at a red light, or was too busy on her cell phone... got T boned RELLY BAD...almost on both sides of the car.. luckly only the one side.... Everyone was ok
then this last Saturday my hubby & me were going through town.. this dip $#it guy was on his cell not paying no attention, just about pulled right out in front of us.. Thank God there was nobody in the other lane & we were able to swerved to miss him! This guy finally slammed on his brakes when he finally realized we almost gonna hit him!!! ..
We were driving his Big Old FULL SIZE Blazer ..when there was real sheet steel on vehicles! Lol.. ... This guy was in a small 90% plastic Honda looking thing... Even though we were not going fast at all.. he would have definatly gotten hurt badly or killed if we couldn't have swerved to avoid him.
OUT LAW CELL PHONES IN CARS!!!!
I think if someone is caught talking & driving.. Automatic Loss of License for 90 days.... That is 1st offense!
2nd offense... Loss of license for 2 years... Cell phone & car confinscated!
3rd offense... No License Ever again....& Jail time!
That is only if you are pulled over cuz your driving & chattin on your tele...
NOW....If you caused an accident from being on the cell phone...
Jail time, loss of license, 2 years for each.
If there is loss of a life.. well hope you like jail...

Not neccesarily. People just shouldn't drive while on the phone They should use handsfree.I once saw this stupid woman trying to sms someone while driving. Idiota
