If yes, what is the best exercise regiments?
I work on my computer almost the whole day. I never had problem with muscle pains before and I can work from morning till night on end withour feeling any discomfort or pain. But now, things are different. I feel the pressure and ache around my body especially on my waist and back if I work half day on my computer. I lack exercise, I know, that's why I'm asking this question. Can anybody help?

I had this problem too of not exercising (though I did not have rheumatism). I started doing it -- it used to be a 10 minute stand-up and sit down exercise just before my bath in the bathroom every morning. I felt very fresh after the bath and very rejuvenated. You could try this please and if suits continue do to so. But also consult a doctor or your physician before starting anything involving stress. I am not a doctor please. Good luck

inadequate streching before exercise can add to muscle soreness, after a good work out, be sure to strech fully again. To gain muscle, a little stress is neccessary....
...take vitamin C 3x.,it reduce muscle soreness after strenous or infrequent exercise.....
...vitamin E helps sore muscle too...
...rosemary in warm bath is relaxing, the use of arnica lotion or eucalyptus oil helps ease cramps...
....however...take more patience on exercise...or why not take some YOGA s..
try it.....good luck....
