My friend of 27 has just moved in with a guy of 54! He's rich and has a lovely home and buys her everything she wants. I think shes only with him for the money although she denies it (she wants kids he already has 3 older than her and doesnt want anymore) whats his game?

Your friend definitely has issues. It would benefit her to see a therapist.
Did your friend grow up without a father in her life?

My wife was 19 and I was 40 when we married. I in no way am rich. Just a blue collar worker and she chased me up and down till I went out with her. I thought it might have been just an older man sexual experience thing with her. But she convinced me that she was madly in love with me and after being together for awhile we married and had a beautiful baby girl. Her phylosophy is that age is only a number. She opened my eyes and now I agree with her. At first I didnt think it was possible with such a difference in age. But it does work.

He could be genuinly in love with her! She is an adult and should decide for herself who she wants to be with. The is a large age gap between me and my fiancee and he is rich and i am poor, but i love him dearly and he's the best person i have ever met, we are getting married in 6 weeks time.I feel my life wouldn't be the same without him, he completes me.
The child thing could be an issue because one or the other will have to give in, but thats their problem, just let them get on with it.

Since your friend is 27 she's an adult. There are many explanations for this, including yours. She may like this guy because of his experience(s), perhaps he has done many things that she only dreams of and would like to realize her dreams with him . . . he may offer her comfort, both physical and emotional.
Do you like her new bf? As long as he shows her respect and she shows him respect I think things are fine.

I think the answer to that is fairly obvious. He wants a young thing on his arm and she wants the financial security he can provide her with. As long as both parties are content, who cares?

I don't think he has a game....she is going along with it just as much as he is. Maybe she has a game....you know you did say that he had lots of money. But maybe they are truly happy....who knows only time will tell.

He may really like her. alot of older men like younger women to make them feel young and refreshed again. as for her...depending on how he looks, she prolly is in it for the money! but hey, u gotta live life! but she shouldnt b with him if thas not what she is really lookin for in life.

he prob is just a dirty old man but he's a wealthy one so let your friend enjoy his money and maybe trap the sucker by getting pregnant
