Have tried Reductil and Xenical.

Got no joy from reductil at all. Xenical works, but it can be messy. Xenical prevents your body from absorbing about a third of the fat you eat. Problem is that third has to come out somewhere. It's not pretty, it can be painful and it can also come out at inappropriate moments.

If you don't massively reduce your fat intake Xenical will make spend your life on the loo and your wages on loo cleaner.

It's true that nothing can replace a sensible diet and regular exercise for staying in shape. But there are times when diet and exercise don’t seem to be helping. Lack of energy or a sluggish metabolism can be good reasons for using an Ephedra based thermogenic product. Erm...

I have heard of this really good slimming tablet. I'm not sure if you have heard of it, but it can only be found in two places:

Your local supermarket and leisure centre.

I beleive the tablet is called "A healthy, balanced diet and exercise.

Apparantly it's REALLY good and it works!!!

However, this could be complete rubbish, i mean, what do we know!?!?!

NB: If you didnt eat horrible, pointless sh*t like chocolate, pizza, chips, burgers, fast food, anything else that your body does NOT need, want nor require OR that has any nutritional value whatsoever, you wouldnt even need to ask such a ridiculous question.

It's almost a f*ckin sin. In fact it IS. It's called gluttony and SLOTH.

This might sound harsh, but i am only talking the truth.

If you are serious about losing weight, there is NO sinning, quick fix. YOU CANNOT roll the dice with the devil and then ask for a refund. That is laughably ironic, contradictory and down right thick.

To lose weight:

1. Stop eating pointless, fatty, sugary and salty sh*t.

2. Exercise for a minimum of 1 hour every other day. Once you start getting to your normal weight, increase the exercise time, but reduce work outs to three-four times a week.

3. DONT revert back to eating sh*t again.

4. Eat a balanced, healthy diet, with lots of fresh fruit, veg, wholemeal and fibre, chicken and fish.

5. Avoid anything fatty, red meats or things like pork, bacon, etc.

6. NEVER embarass yourself again by asking such ironic, disgusting questions about weight loss again. You are not stupid, the know the consequences of your actions and you KNOW how to sort it out.

7. You might realise that if you cut out all the pointless crap in your diet, you will save TWO different pounds: those around your a55, and those in your wallet.

8. And if you do this, you will start to feel very happy about yourself!!

Most people are not going to sit here, pat your hand and give you the answer you WANT to hear.

There is no quickfix. You got yourself into it, and you will have to get yourself out. No tablet or diet will help. Only a balanced intake of food and exercise will help. And you would have to be pretty stupid and naive to not realise this.

No doubt you'll report this answer as a "violation". And if you do do that, it really will show you have already given up trying to sort out your weight problem. Remember the truth hurts, and hiding it only makes it worse....

Anything that advertises as "eat whatever and as much as you want and still lose weight" is a scam. Or a dangerous stimulant, one. The only thing that really works is going to a doctor and/or nutritionist and finding a lifestyle plan that works for you personally. Everyone's different, our bodies work differently, so the best idea is to get bloodwork done first to find out where you are (cholesterol, blood sugar etc.) and then find a meal plan that works for You. A nutritionist will factor in your age, gender, disabilities or health problems if any, and help you find something healthy and common-sense.

Please don't touch them.
You need to eat a healthy diet of around 50-60% carbs, 20-30% fat and 10-15% protein
You need to improve your body composition (%fat) with resistance (weight) training. Did you know that muscle burns more calories than fat 24 hours a day. I'm not suggesting you bulk up, just change percentages
You need to do exercise to burn calories

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Ive bought different slimming tablets from the internet, and they were all completely rubbish and waste of money. All they did for me was make me incredibly tetchy and angry and cry a lot.
Seriously dont go there!
