If I have to choose between those two then DEFINATELLY wirey. I like a nice wirey guy, OR a guy with a bit of a tummy. My bf has broad shoulder and a bit of a cut to his back and arms but a small belly. I hate the beefy super cut look. It just looks like the guy is trying too hard. YUCK.
So if a lil round in the middle isn't a choice then definatelly wirey and lean. Much more attractive that those a$$hats that can make their man boobs bounce. That's SO not attractive.

I know this is a question for women but I can't help putting my two penneth worth in, hope you don't mind.
Why just these two choices? Men come in all shapes and sizes.
It's a genetic thing that springs from the unconscious, a woman asks, without realizing it, can he produce me healthy babies?
Women need to be selective as they only get a chance to have one baby a year, so during pregnancy and after they are very vulnerable so need a strong male to take care of them (It's a primeval thing). Hence for women in particular opposites attract, the more diverse the genes the better chance of a healthy baby and a greater sense of loyalty (love) from the woman.
For a man it's different, theoretically in a year a man can produce many babies from different women therefore as a sex we tend to be less discriminatory, playing the numbers game.
So when a cheating guy says 'it was just sex, it didn't mean anything,' All he is doing is spreading his genes around, but women cannot understand it, because they are programmed differently.
As a guy what I look for in a woman is a slim, well proportioned woman, good skin, hair and bright eyes, this tells my primeval brain that this woman can produce healthy babies for me, even though I don't need nor want more children it's just my programming talking.

Not to skinny. I like a guy with a little extra to hold onto. But not so built that it looks like his whole life is centered around the gym. Oh, and if he opens his mouth and can hold an intelligent conversation -- I'm in total lust!!

I don't go for big muscles at all, but apart from that I'm easy. If I like somebody, fat thin, muscly or not I would go out with them. I'm not too sure whether womens are as hung up on mens bodies as men are on womens

I don't like bulk. My hubby is trim and lean. Bulky muscles gross me out almost as much as furry back hair.

Not too skinny, not too built...but a great personality makes for almost anything...except maybe back hair! Yuck!
