Myself, I usually grab a vegetable bake, Belgian bun and a black coffee, straight up, no sugar, from the Baker's Oven chain. Sometimes, if I come into town early enough, I grab myself a Cumberland sausage barm from the Sayer's.
And then again, today I might do without because I'm dieting. :)

It's only 7:16 a.m. here. I have a very long work day ahead so I will be ordering some chicken with broccoli and wonton soup from the Chinese restaurant near my business.
