I think it was to be expected. I had heard it said that if Israel stopped before they wiped out the Hezbollah that they would be seen as losers.
Israel knows that it won't be but a short time until they have to repeat all of this again.
My hope and prayer is that next time Israel won't wait so long to retaliate. There were many innocent lives taken in Israel by the cowardly suicide bombers.
