Being nervous is positive energy to operate effectively in a new situation. It keeps you perky, alert and thinking. However, fear can cripple and stop the strongest of men. It is normal to be nervous when trying to meet a girl. In our society, it is usually expected that the guy makes the first move. It is an unwritten rule. There are, of course, exceptions.
Most girls over 13 understand it can be difficult for guys to talk with them. The intelligent ones make it easy for him, getting him to relax. The stupid ones try to act cool, indifferent, and may even mock or berate him.
A little shyness is good. I prefer a guy who is shy and intelligent over a loud and boastful fool who strives for attention. Just relax into it and be yourself. Trying to be someone else will always come back to bite you in your azz. Girls are interested in you.
It is good to be prepared. While guys are generally attracted to pretty, voluptuous, and other physical attributes, girls usualy find other things to like. Of course, they still like a guy to be neat, clean and well groomed.
Fact: Girls are interested in guys who are attracted or interested in them.
How do you show interest? ASK QUESTIONS! Ask questions ABOUT HER! It shows you like her. Ask about her cat, family, hobbies, music, school, friends, favorite foods, likes and dislikes. DON'T ask if she flosses her teeth, her bra size, if she is a virgin, if she likes sex, and other such questions. If you are successful, you will learn those things anyhow.
If she gives you her number, she wants you to call. CALL! Call the next day. Don't call the same day, and don't call 4 days later. Be calm and relaxed. Get her to talk about herself. She will like that, and you won't have the burdon of keeping the conversation flowing. Asking questions will keep her talking. When in doubt, don't speak. It makes you seem mysterious and intelligent. Never chase the woman. Make the woman chase you.
No matter how nervous you are, she is twice as nervous. Now turn off the computer, get off the couch, and go meet someone. You are attractive!

Go places alone where people are having fun, like the beach, pool, races for charity, festivals, etc. If you go with a lot of guys, no go.

The question has been grossly under a wrong category of subjects. You can not have girlfriends to choose in yahoo. answer. Go out in your area and try to find girls of your age group. You are in need of a single fish, why are searching in the ocean? Go to a local pond, that will save your time and others.

Have a true friend that happens to be a girl. If she's your best friend who shares the same beliefs, values life as much as you do, a common goal, and a common solid dream (like heaven), then what could possibly go wrong?

IT not easy. IT take work. Start by getting involed with a socal group your age and start make friends with the women in the group and then you wlll learn the Women are just shy.

girls says that shy men are the best lovers, dont look down on yourself esteem.nobody has been born angle but we are born to win.
you overcome your fears only when you can face it ,but more over learn to relax ,and start to tell an interesting stories to those you want to associate with .

Another way is is to train your confidence (don't ask how it's yours)and give up your shyness!!
