Salut, comment ça va? As tu arrivé à isiolo sans risque?
S'il te plait téléphone moi, quand tu as arrivé!

I'm French and Atchoum has the right answer. The other ones always made mistakes.

I would personally say for "Have you reached Isiolo safely": "Es-tu bien arrivé à Isiolo".

As for Ramcess, although the second text is ok, it doesn't really sound like what a French person would say. And, honestly, if you say "Salut" to someone you don't really know or who is a mere acquaintance, I don't think he is really going to like it!!!

PS: I'm planning to become a translator!!!
PS2: I don't understand why people tell other people to go to online translators websites. First of all, you'll probably end up with something that's not very good. So what's the point in having an incorrect answer when a lot of foreigners go to the American Yahoo! Answers and can do it very easily?

Right !
you have two choices here
if formal (someone you barely know for instance) go for this answer:
Salut, Comment allez-vous? Etes-vous bien arrivéz a ? Appelez moi quand vous y arrivez !

Now if this is someone you knew for long like a friend or an aquiantance you would rather say:
Salut, comment ça va? Es tu bien arrivé à isiolo ?
Téléphone moi s'il te plais quand tu arrive !

There you go, it's your lucky day am a professional Translator and usually I charge for that ! lol
Salut !

If I were you I'd choose Offkey's suggestion. It's the best so far.
I'm not from France but I've been learning French since I was a kid and I speak French everyday at home, at work and with friends.

I would translate it like this :

Bonjour, comment vas-tu ?
Es-tu arrivé à Isiolo sans problème ?
S'il te plait, appelle-moi dès ton arrivée à Isiolo.
Merci.

This is the translation:

Bonjour, comment allez-vous?
Avez-vous arrivé l'isiolo sans risque ?
Veuillez m'appeler quand vous arrivé l'isiolo.

you may say 'ça va?' instead of 'comment allez-vous?' it's less formal...
