There is no best haircut for all girls.
Everyone is differant, it depends on the shape of youre face. (Round faces long cuts, square faces shorter cuts)
Hair type (curly hair needs more lenght, straight or wavy hair can be shorter)
And lifestyle (if you're an artist or very active, short hairs easier to keep clean, if you have more time, long hair, as it's more difficult to maintain)
I have long hair, but only because I have more time to wash it and take care of it. When I was studying it was short, to save time on maintenance.

I think the best hair cut for women with silky hair should be a bob cut or even a chic cut.

hair braidind with extensions you dont have to do anything with your hair the exept having it re done every few months
