It is not a neccessary function in order to stay alive!I have been celebant for almost a decade and I am still alive!You just learn how to think from your brain instead of your genitals and you will still wake up breathing and your heart beating everyday. How many medical reports have you seen where someone died from a lack of sex? You really do deserve a trophy for world's stupidest question.You must be one of those young ,****** little boys, that haven't figured out what life is all about yet!

Normal life span. Sex is not a necessity to living.
But personally, I don't like going without it for very long.

There are many type of personalities u MAHAVIR,buddha,jesus
they never liked sex
other like more depends
Eat/drink milk,pulses,beet root,fruits salad or juice,veg salad or soup,
Discontinue Liquor,Non Veg,Chillies,Sour,Cold drinks,Heavy undigestible food.
sometimes fasting is also important
