AS i am in Gulf, some time I can not do open walk.

I'm no expert but I would think indoor cycling would be much more beneficial than walking. You are exercising your legs and hips strenuously, raising your heart rate and getting exercise for your abs. Keep doing it!

I think cycling should be quite good for a change. You should be able to reach higher pulse rates by cycling, which should be one of your primary goals in exercising. Walking is mostly good for stretching and relaxing, and improving circulation. Get some cardio if you can't get your walk.

there really isnt any benifits either way you may lose more calories i think on a treadmill because you have to use more effort and you dont have any scenery to look at by walking indoors
