In order for them to take interest in a girl is it usually their looks that he takes into consideration first? Because then I don't know what to do because then if I ever do get a guy I really like or love I may always feel that he may not of liked me for who I am inside. For the real me.

First impressions do make a difference so of course most of the time a guy is drawn to a girl because of her looks. However as time goes by and you begin to talking with a guy you'll know whether he's shallow or deep by how much he listens to you. What makes a guy shallow is not his appreciation for a girl's good looks but the inability to look her in the eyes when talking and open his ears to listen. If you meet a guy u think is shallow try again unit u meet the right one. Not all guys are "shallow".

A lot are, but not all. Most guys will be attracted to the pretty girl first, but lose interest if they are really ugly people inside.

I think she was trying to say that she isn't ugly, and thats why she won't know if a guy likes her for her. I think that initially guys will ask you out based on looks, but noone is going to stay with someone purely for looks. Plus it will be obvious when a guy is with you for you based on his actions.

Well, you do not have to be beautiful to attract guys, but it is true that guys do go for girls for looks. Yes, you use looks to attract guys, but it is only to a very superficial level. However, I am currently attracted to someone who is not very beautiful, but she is able to attract me with her inward beauty. Although looks is important, but what is inside is more important! Strife to keep your inward beauty are charming as possible! smile!
