What he realy means to say is ...he wants more sex. If this is not the case, then he is asking you to give him what care and sexiness he needs from you and if you can not deliver, do not think of him as soft and unmanley since love and affection is a normal HUMAN need, regardless of the gender.Everyone needs some but have different ways of showing and sharing it even though some guys might pretend it is not Machoo to admit they need it but in secret, deep down, they do need it but can not bring themselves to ask for it or do not know how to.

Its not about being soft its about why should she? I mean is this a gf or just some girl you think you like? I mean if some strange guy walked up to me and said something like that I'd laugh in his face and tell him to wake up because he's dreaming.

It depends. If said guy is my boyfriend, i will give him exactly what he wants.
If he's just some random guy, I won't even waste my time turning him down. I'll just ignore him. He can't be serious.
