why would you want to have a clock that doesn't run at all or loses a minute by the day in the first place. it doesn't tell the "correct" time and the "correct" time is the best time.

I have to say a clock that loses a minute a day, though it would be a pain in the patootie to correct that every twenty four hours.
The need to dispense medicine, keep appointments,employment, meals.......on and on; we are a time aware world.
