just tell her that you dont see the relationship going anywhere/ further and you dont want her to waste her time on you, but that you enjoyed the time you have had 2gether and that there may be plenty of fish in the sea, but she'lll always be your nemo.

The best way like most people are saying is to tell her straight. But you know your woman. You know how she will react. I guess you will be able to figure out how to do it.
And if you had loved her you will find a kinder way of letting her know. Even if you have to make a fool of yourself. You will even go to an extend of blaming yourself just to make sure its easy on her.
Once I had to tell a girl that because of an accident I had, I cant have kids. She was crazy about babies. I told her I am not good for her. We are still friends and she always ask me how come I have a daughter with my wife. Its a miracle, I tell her...

I Wud tell her that my life is too complicated right now.There is so much i have to deal with and so many problems i must face and that there is no place in my life for her anymore.I dont want to hurt her,but there are things i must do.Its personal,so i cant telll her what those things are.We MUST be apart for a while.

Bring the new girlfriend to tell her? Pretty harsh. Seriously....be a man, tell her it isn't working out and why. Explain there is no reconsiliation possible and you need to go your seperate ways.

Be humble. Say you're not good enough for her. Say you can never live up to her expectations. Say you have to let her go for her own good. And don't forget the goodbye boink.
