I think you have to recognise that is isn't all Americans but merely those who are on the media, though I do think the majority must have something wrong if they vote Bush into power.
And preaching to muslims doesn't really do much unless you've actually done something other then blow the place up, in Afghanistan they could at least say they "liberated" women to try and sway people, haven't got the same argument in Iraq.

Who are you to judge what others are doing or not doing? We do not usually send troops to convert to christianity but to try and save people from aawful dictators like saddam. It sounds like you want more war not peace.

'cuz they'd be shot, kidnapped, and/or tortured. It's a lot easier to preach when you're in the majority and you have civil rights, not surrounded by sectarian violence and armed militias.
