It feels just like it did when you were smaller and wore a baby diaper, just bigger.
I don't like disposables though, the get hot and sticky and very uncomfortable even when they aren't wet or (yuck) messy.
I have to wear diaper 24 / 7 because of a medical condition that causes me to leak urine all the time. I wear cloth not only for the reasons mentioned above but also because I don't want to put all that plastic, paper, chemicals and human waste in our landfills. Landfills are bad enough without adding all that crap (pun intended) there also.
If you really want to know what it is like though, just give it a try. Evidently you have an interest or you wouldn't have asked the question. If you have the desire to wear diapers, go ahead, it hurts no one and is a harmless fetish as long as you keep yourself clean.

The best way to tell some one how it feels is to have them try it out them selves to find out. You can't relly put it in to words. So I say go to the store and get you a pack of depends and try one one and see how it feels. Then you won't have to ask cuse you will know the answer to the question your self

my gran says its great to wear adult dipers because she says that it gives her pleasure to see her anoying daughter in law , myauntie pauline change her stinky poo!

My grandad had to before he passed away, he hated them! He just seemed to lose his spirit, i hope i don't have to have them when i'm older.
