Only if you have the software disk... thats if you might format your pc in the future

If you've downloaded a program from a website or something and installed it, you can delete the setup file as it has no use any longer.

Depends on if the setup is complete or not, if yes then u can delete in most cases...

yes it is safe and u could get ur setup files if u want anytime at the recycle bin. if u want to download a file then there will be 305.38593 megabites

if you have a backup of the same then it is absolutely safe to delete them.
