It smells like rotting flesh too! He's 42 yrs old and he has suffered ridicule at school, he's lost girlfriends who said he stank to high heaven! He keeps himself clean but the old button weeps its nasty pong at any given chance. Any advice/cure out there!

I find that hard to believe, if this is true then there is some sort of infection in there and he should seek medical assistance immediately

got to the doctors?! it might be somet serious!
if not - tell him to try some very strong smelling body wash and use a body splash

poor sod,That is SO gross. Makes me want to vom. All i can suggest is that he goes to his Dr's. If he cant do anything get a referal to a specialist.

tell him after he wash's to dry it probally.. i khow someone who has the same its because they dont dry it.
