it seemes to me that if i do some exercises all the fat (not cellu) covering it will go away and therefor look even more flat. help.

consume fats like chocolates and milk fat , in study by doctors in UK it was revealed that milk fats have a tendency to deposit around the hip and buttock area. but if you do sit ups it will not burn the posterior fat but firm it up
