no 3 all the way: it's always mortally sinful. No 2 is mortally sinful as well but does not constitute a sin against justice.
no 1 mostly venially sinful I think. Could be a grave sin though.

Well if you are a Christian then having sexual intercourse someone other than your spouse. Even if that was not a sin it is a travesty to your marriage. So maybe you need to read your ten commandments again. Also it is lying to your wife. And my wife told me that it was a big sin to lay to her.

Why are any of them sins? The only one that may be is the intercourse and that is because someone may get hurt, but it is not necessarily a sinful act, depends on the circumstances.

it's all the same. The worse sin is to hate good and never value life. If you make this permanent decision to be only evil with no remorse, then you care asking to be cancel from existance.

all the three mentioned above are sins. But ofcourse, doing intercourse outside marriage is the greatest of them all.

it's all sin,under one category,lust of the flesh.In God's eye when you commit any of this,you have committed a sin,for God there is no big or small sin,greater or lesser,sin is sin. I hope you got my point,my friendly advice...don't commit any of those things listed in your question.Godbless!
