It's true that you burn calories while you sleep. I don't know if it's true that milk speeds up your metabolism...haven't heard that one. You speed up your metabolism by exercising regularly. Eating french fries will not enlarge your chest. It will enlarge your butt before it enlarges your chest. There's no one food that's bad for you. It's all about moderation, and portion control. Eat too much of anything and you'll gain weight. Where you gain it the most is decided by your genetic makeup (if your mom has a big butt, you might get one too). And it's not true that all tea has caffeine. Herbal tea has no caffeine, so you can drink as much as you like. There's also de-caf tea out there too. Pass this on to your classmates too, so that they'll be informed instead of ignorant. There's been more trouble caused by misinformation than too much knowledge. <*)))><

Maybe you should have a discussion in science and see what is said there as for what you have asked Idont think so but there are some teas that dont have caffeine and they are the ones found in health food stores
