I am fed up of this "lust". I have prayed a lot, gone for daily Mass for for than a year and during that period I didn't masturbate, though I did have occasional lustful thoughts. But, nowadays, this is too much to bear. I get a lot of frustration because of these lustful thoughts and behaviour. Can medicines solve my problem?

Since my intended answer is already taken(castration), I'll say that you are foolish if you are serious. One shouldn't try to deny such a basic instinct, when it causes no intrinsic harm.
