moses brought the torah
jesus brought the gospels
mohammed brought the qu'ran
religion is evolving slowly and soon the truth will be known,
it has been necessary for the development and evolution of mankind to give rules and acts of conduct in the form of religion.
soon man will think for himself in a correct un-selfish manner and be able to communicate direct to god.
in brief the ten commandments were the basis of law and order via god, well moses.
your original question is like asking should we knock stonehenge down because we have calendars now?
the 10 commandments apply to jews and christians not just muslims.
the interpretation is to the individual.

Where did you get a stupid idea like that, Muslims don't believe in killing any more than Christians do. Of course there are fanatics in both religions that believe anyone that doesn't agree with them should be killed but they are fanatics and just flat out wrong, and do not follow the religious beliefs that the purport to believe in.

No
Jesus noted the immutable character of the law of God. "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." (Matt. 5:18) If the law of God was to change, we would have no basis for faith; as we would never know if we were doing the will of God.

If you get rid of the first three or four commandments, I wouldn't have a problem with them.

yes replace:

"thou shalt not thy neighbours ***" with "thou shall not covet thy neighbours *** lift"

and

"thou shalt not worship false idols" with "thou shalt not watch Pop Idol"

that would go a long way to bringing the 10 commandments up to date
