Why are wrong numbers never busy??

Hypthetically speaking, say you dial a wrong number, unbenownst to you. On the other end you hear a beep beep and realize that the number is busy... Assuming that it was the number you intended to call you would just think, oh, it's busy. Never thinking the dreaded thought of ... oh no, maybe I dialed the wrong number, i must call back A.S.A.P. to make sure I dialed correctly!!! ^_^

hi Daniel, some lady are only gamers! Giving out the incorrect variety can mean alot- married, don't like the way you LQQK, not fascinated, liars and only undeniable ignorant on there area. And in case you ever said an analogous lady back would not you ask them why? Or choose some explaination? i'm hoping this facilitates U have an effective day! :0)

I don't know i think its because they are intrriscally knowelegdanble of the redness of myserious under allt the runty people of Missourri
