Atheism means not believing in any heavenly body or force so they could call themselves an atheist as long as they don't worship a god of some kind, but most atheists are materialists and although they might have a 'spiritual' side to them like me we don't believe in majick, mystism, or occultism bs. As for you 'non-deity' worship i don't know what you mean they worship.
Agnostism means doesn't believe god can be proven either way and thus one can be a neutral agnostic, a theistic agnostic or an atheistic agnostic. see Huxley for he coined the term agnostic. As for your question someone that doesn't believe in superstitious bs i just call them 'intelligent' or a 'free thinker' ;) there is really no term that i know of for logical thinkers that have no beliefs. Although Buddhism has a philosophy of non-attachment to beliefs which i try to follow. Anyway there's a few things you might want to read about... oh you might look up nihilist too, they believe in 'nothing' lol

Atheists do not have a spiritual belief by definition, agnostic is someone who has spiritual beliefs but does not agree with any organized system. I am agnostic.

I think they're still atheists. Atheism is not organized and therefore many people can use the term.

An atheist is strictly no god, spirituality, etc, etc, etc... "Spirituality and non deity worship" is more new age, but its all really kind of broad.
