You're so excited! I remember this time, everything is new and you want to know everything.
First to answer your question.
In Wicca/Paganism we have Covens, Groves (Druid) and groups of people who practice together. The size of a Coven can be anything from 3 people to 13, usually not much more than that as it gets hard to get everyone together and fit into a living room. Covens are like a family or very close circle of friends, it can take years to find the right Coven for you, and it can take years before they let you join. Joining a Coven means you stick to their Tradition (their type of Wicca, as you are interested in Christian Wicca, that the Tradition your Coven would be) and you follow their rules.
Alright, there are usually 3 level within a Coven
1st degree is the new folk just initiated in to The Coven, they are usually the youngest in the group and have the least experience in Wicca, they are still learning a lot and spend a lot of their time studying and being taught by the other members of the Coven.
2nd degree are people who have been in the Coven for at least a year (but probably more), they have proven themselves by studying very hard and practicing and helping organize rituals and get-togethers, they usually have the job of teaching those in the 1st degree.
3rd Degree are the people in charge of the Coven, the Elders. They have been in the Coven for years and really know what they are doing (but still and always learning!), usually the High Priestess and High Priest are 3rd degree, they are the Momma and Poppa of the Coven, basically the leaders. These are the people who deal with the Government to become ordained and therefore preform wedding and such. There are different laws for each country and even for each States or Province for how to become ordained.
To join Coven you have to
A) make friends with them.
B) Study their Tradition for at least a Year and a Day
C) Be AT LEAST 18 years of age ( no respectable Coven will allow anyone under 18 to join)
D) Jump through whatever hoops they expect you to prove yourself to them (usually by reading certain books and such)

Many Wiccans don't ever join a Coven, it can be hard to find the right fit. These are Solitary (there is some debate as to whether you really can be Wicca and Solitary as the religion is based on Covens, but most of us don't sweat it, as its getting rather old fashioned). Solitaries will often spend about a year studying Wicca before we Dedicate ourselves to Wicca and our Gods.

Initiation: To join a Coven and their Tradition, a ritual preformed my the 3rd degree members to bring a new person into the Coven or raise them to a higher Degree
Dedication: A private and very personal ritual a Wicca/Pagan preforms to dedicate themselves to their Path and their Gods and chosen Tradition. Dedications may even be preformed once or twice a year to re-affirm your love and dedication to your Path.

Alright, now that we have that out of the way;
GO BUY SOME BOOKS! Stay away from Silver Ravenwolf, no one really respects her. Get some books by Scott Cunningham (everyone starts with him) and go from there. If you are interested in Christain Wicca, you will want to look for resources on that as well as study Christianity. And don't forget the guys who were in at the beggining it all, Gardner, Buckland, the Farras, etc etc
Second, check out these websites:

These are just the tip of the iceberg! Check out the other sites recommended to you as well.
THIRD and most important!!! There is a lifetime's (or more) worth of knowledge and wisdom to learn about Wicca and its related Paths and many Traditions, by the end of your first "Year and a day" you will know just enough to know you know very little. Ive been at this for 11 years and I could fill a warehouse with what I DO NOT know. So relax, take your time and don't sweat it.
Feel free to email me. Don't stop asking questions, have an open mind.
Blessings

Sweetie you don't have to be initiated into Wicca or Pagan. You say you are on day five! only day five and already such aspirations. Slow down and learn your craft before you begin to think about joining people.

If they wish a Wiccan/Pagan wedding that is fine but they will still have to marry in the *normal* way too.

Your ceremony can be any way you and the happy couple wish it to be. With the pagan way that is the beauty of it, you and they write the ceremony, decide where and when and after is the real fun.

As far as web sites go I don't really recommend any of them until you have a clear understanding of all you are trying to learn.
I do recommend Llewelyn's books though. You can find them at any good bookstore in the UK or US.

He speaks to those practicing as solitaries.

Good luck and Blessed Be!

After you've been initiated? No. You have to be clergy. Just being pagan or wiccan is not equal to be clergy, any more than being a Christian makes you a priest.

Also... don't confuse initiation with dedication. If you're solitary, you can't be initiated into a group, which is what initiation is. You can, however, dedicate yourself to a way of life. Also, if you're solitary, you'll probably never be clergy.

If you go to the link below and click on your area you will get a list of pagan clergy in your area.
http://www.witchvox.com/vn/vn_index/xclergy.html

In my area we have multiple people who perform these services. But it has taken them many years of studying and practicing. We consider the job of clergy to be a service position in the community. Our clergy do handfastings (weddings), but they also perform funeral rites, prison ministry, wiccanings, marital counseling, spiritual counseling, hospital visits, and many give classes and workshops. Some volunteer for a local suicide hotline. As clergy, they are leaders in their groups and also volunteer for leadership positions in the community. It is quite a job and it takes some training and experience. If this is your calling, that is great! Start with the basics and don't skimp on the foundation of your path. Make it as strong as you can and then build upon it. Many blessings on your path.

This is a good recommended reading list that includes a section for clergy:

I am sorry for intruding also but i have extensively studied the origins of druidic, shamanic and wicca practice... and the post about it being satanic is complete and utter rubbish... it is unfounded and based only on scripture deisgned to speak out against another religion. The fact is, and there is much archaelogical evidence to support it (sadly little written), that the pagan religion is centred around a god sometimes known as "the green man" and, revered above all else, "mother" nature... Paganism is older than Christianity and Judaism and therefore it is simply impossible and incorrect for one to say it is about satanism. These kind of narrow minded comments annoy me greatly and are unnecessary so please keep them to yourself. I am neither Christian nor Pagan, I used to be a Christian but have been turned off by the kind of fanatical rubbish displayed by the so called Christians who have posted here...

You have to become an ordained minister to do that. There is an organization that can ordain you, no matter your spiritual path. They are the Universal Life Church, I think. I was ordained when I joined the Church of the Subgenius. I've been into Wicca, and more recently ecclectic paganism, for six or seven years and they were the first people who knew how to get me ordained. It's going to cost you $30.

Deu 18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch.
Deu 18:11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer.
Deu 18:12 For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Give your life to Jesus. Please, for your own life's sake.

Sorry for intruding, but please look into the origin of wicca/witchcraft. It is a Satanic religion, and is also has been written against in Holy scripture for over 3000 years
