No. There is also a difference between Loving a Murderer and or a bank robber. One would have to have issues themselves for loving someone who murders people but this is not the same for bank robbers or minor crimes since they too would have human feelings like all the rest of us and it is just a job they are doing which should not be discriminated against..:o)( kidding part.)
Depends what qualities of their personality you fall in love with in the first place.

i loved vin diesel in fast and furious. oterwise, as far as i know, everone i've had an inkling of affection for has been okay enouhg, bar a few parking tickets and stuff. lol
