Take of your socks and shoes (not in that order).
Grasp the pen firmly between your big toe and the next.
Write your note.
It takes a little practice but can be done.

In MS Word, Click:
Insert>Reference>Footnote>insert
Type, then click anywhere in document to get back to your work. Click back on footnote to edit.

footnote is in ms word just press enter and tab to reach bottom of page or just press tab near the header

I presume you mean in MS WORD? Click on INSERT. The click on REFERENCE. Does that help?
