No I don't. As a matter of fact I never did, even though I think I should considering all those issues I'm carrying on my back... It's just a "luxury item" I can not afford.
But I think people should do it, because the further we go, the more unresolved issues we all have and it's all just adding and adding.... Till we all explode!

Absolutely not....my experiences with "shrinks" have not been very pleasant when I was a younger child. They kept looking for things wrong based on one hour talks (if that). For me there isn't a problem in the world that could make me see a psychologist or the likes, I think I'm strong enough to deal with life without Dr. Phil.

I see my psychologist every 3 months for check ups on my meds and how i feel. When i first started going to a therapist i was going twice a week then once a week till I no longer wanted to go to therapy.

LOL I ONLY see my PSYCHIATRIST for MEDICATION REVIEWS every 3 months.

I hate TALK/THERAPY so I avoid it like the plague!!! LOL

When I absolutely HAVE to do Therapy I use a PSYCHOLOGIST. Don't have any use for Social Workers!

Oh yes, just what the world needs, some guy like Dr Nick Riviera from the Simpsons telling us how to fix our problems and giving us happy drugs. I work by a simple rule: It it's broke I fix it. Identify any problems and then solve them. You don't need the doc to tell that I hope.

No, that is what my mother is for. She gives the best advice. On the other hand there is absolutely nothing wrong with going to a therapist to talk about your life.
