stop thinking that u r getting old. u must plan to go out on trip and make a schedule to stay away from house. try to to be away in holly places or visit new places where nature has done wonders. try to be close to nature in routine also. do not pity on yourself or feel dependent on others. my personal experience says when i m in Haridwar I forget everything and meet various people. come back to home after 15 days and again try to remain close to nature only . do not make yourself emotional fool.

Stay busy and maintain good health practices. Surround yourself with a good friend base, making new friends whenever possible. Have outside interests, especially in your community. Have a garden, even if it's just flowers. Maintain close friendships by spending time with them, doing fun things. Don't feel sorry for yourself. Try to learn something new every day. Help others. Visit shut-ins (you might be one someday and would like it if someone visited you). Give back from the experiences that you've been through, helping those who are younger and inexperienced in life. Tell those you love that you love them as often as you can. Enjoy your music by dancing, singing or just listening. And hold fast to your faith, for it's what will sustain you in every detail of your life. <*)))><

The most difficult question, try THE ART OF HAPPYNESS by Dally Lama. The path to happiness requires knowing yoursef, which in turn will take you to meditation, which in turn will teach you to be more sencitive and content with yourself.

True happiness only comes through living your life for Jesus Christ. It doesn't matter how old you are because He will always be there offering grace and peace for your life.

I see that there is someone else in this world who is suffering the same problem that I have. I wish you all the best. I can't help because I just don't know.

We're all born with the enthusiasm to live forever. The trick is not to lose it. Don't give in to society's call to shed your childhood dreams.

Never stop learning. It keeps your brain alive.
Never stop doing. It keeps you from atrophy.
Never stop loving.
