A question also arises from curiosity, which is different from doubt. You call only doubt something if you know about it. You get curious when you don't know about it.

On any matter we 1st think ourself and try to find out a reason for everything. It's when we don't know something we ask.
If i don't have any doubt about something why will i ask?
