I'm a commerce graduate ,got diploma IRPM certificate, 2yrs exp in day time recruitment. what are the other options available with me.

get night shift, its always better with less work load and better utilization of day time.
By the way will u have female co workers at night with u?

naah...night shift is terrible...you are grouchy and tired the whole day till u get settled in that schedule...then its difficult to come back to the day routine...
specify at the begining of the job that you would prefer day shift!!
m sure u will do good..

it is simple dude!jus take something tat u good at or something tat is new to u. as long as u r comfortable wif it
