I started to ask you just about drugs! But listen, have you used even some marijuana in the past and it affects you? I had the same dreams and when I woke up there is nothing, but when I carry on I see some things that I'm sure I hav seen them before, it's go over again! But I'm not sure where and when in what part of my life it repeats the same! But in my case I'm sure I see those things because I smoke marijuana from 8 years ago! Don't think I'm insane, it's not that! I'm even not addicted, it's all just at my own good will! But that's the motive in my case and in most of the cases! Otherwise you can have some telepatic contacts betwееn your dreams and your awaken life! Who knows! I'm just 19 and don't think someone will believe me! Se ya next time

Dreams can be very intense, but that's all they are - dreams. No one has "visions". I don't care how many TV shows, books, or movies are centered around it, or how many subversive groups proclaim it, it simply ain't so. The Bible says to beware of people who claim to be "seers" and "fortune tellers". If someone, anyone, could actually predict the future they would be unbelievably powerful. If someone could even see something insignificant in the future, they would figure out a way to make it advantageous - if even in a heroic way.
Dreams can be both mysterious and wonderful, but they are never a "sign". They can be a "thought" from our subconcious telling us to do, or not do, something based on what we know about a subject, but it's based simply on knowledge or common sense, not on our ability to see the future.

if you know what's gonna happen...
write it down and date it (time stamp)
deja vu is a phenomenon of some event that , as it happens ,
it enters your memory before you even realize it,
and it 'feels' like it happened before...
you probably need more sleep,
do you get physical exercise?
your brain can handle a ton of work without sleep,
and become exhausted but still no sleep,
but when your body gets tired, then sleep will come.

You sound like you have paranormal abilities.
Can you control your actions during your deja vu episodes, or do you follow the script exactly as you experienced them in the past dream?

I used to have very strong deja vu when I was a kid. But not so much anymore
Maybe you're just tapping into your higher consciousness.
Why not try meditation and see if you can harness it more.
