I think the question of bear free will and faith is between the bears and God. It is unfair to compare bear cruelty to humans. What bears do is within bear nature. They kill other but they do not start wars or molest children. Perhaps God sends an angel to each bear to allow it to accept God's forgiveness and go to bear heaven.

Hell is the state of conscious distortion unique to each individual who has permanently lost consciousness. Your subconsciousness neatly retains all ones life experiences and or memories in a chronological sequence for conscious recollection, as well as reference for intuitive thought. depending on the direction of ones course of thought, they can have good dreams or nightmares as they sleep. since you are temporarily unconscious you have little, if any, control over these dreams.
All thought and emotion exist tided in together in the huge web that is our universe(God) and his spectrum of dimensions. So if you are dead, your subconsciousness is your new and only reality. Unless you are saved and your consciousness is revived, with your body anew in some form or another. With out the help of Christ, in death we are doomed (why this has to be so, is another story which no one really knows and the bible does not discuss).
Bears do not go about their lives aware of their state of mind, but instead they go about in utter instinction. When that bear dies, as far as the bear is concerned, it is still alive through the eyes of the currently living.

No only man was made in Gods image we were given free will. God has put everlasting life in our hearts not bears. Jesus died for our sins not bears they have know knowledge of the past or thoughts of the future.

Bears have no free will. The proof is that they don't think like you and questioning about the creation of God like you. They don't agree with you or refute you like other human beings. With free will men think in different ways and treat their children in different ways. Bears follow only one way.

Bear is the god of forest, ye fools!! And He didn't give you christian people any right to pass judgement upon Him.
Any true warrior knows that the god of forest sometimes feasts on his young disciples.

who cares what the Bible says, did you know that all 12 apostles wrote Gospels, yet only 4 are in the Bible, there are many other books that should be included as well...know why? because they were all written by men therefore are flawed, so to say the bible is the inspired, inerrant word of God is Blasphemy in itself. Yeah all you christians out there get pissed off and write me a dirty email, keep believing exactly what you are told to and never question anything or dig for real true answers. Ever wonder why in the bible it refurs to preachers as shepards and the congregation as sheep?
