The same argument all the time. The Bible says this and the Bible says that and people say ti doesn't say. The bible can be used to justify anything a person wants it to. There are verses that can be used to make what ever you do seem gods will. Yes it does say you can wash away your sins in some bibles. Not all bibles say the same things. The Curran is the same and also can be used to justify anything people do.

who cares what the Bible says, did you know that all 12 apostles wrote Gospels, yet only 4 are in the Bible, there are many other books that should be included as well...know why? because they were all written by men therefore are flawed, so to say the bible is the inspired, inerrant word of God is Blasphemy in itself. Yeah all you christians out there get pissed off and write me a dirty email, keep believing exactly what you are told to and never question anything or dig for real true answers. Ever wonder why in the bible it refurs to preachers as shepards and the congregation as sheep?

Obviously you misinterpreted whatever you read. In the old testament they would have to do animal sacrifces to be forgiven for sin. Jesus became the ultimate sacrifce for our sins therefore we do not need to perform sacrifices any longer. What we should do is confess or sins to God and ask for his forgiveness.

Yes, you can be forgiven. But not by going to a church. By telling GOD and asking for forgivness. You don't even need to have a church within a hundred miles.

well church helps in fellowshiping with other christians and getting prayer it changes things theres power in prayer and when two stand in agreement it is bound in heaven but reading your bible and asking GOD for forgiveness in prayer is how you are forgiven for sins reading the holy bible is the best way to get to know the father GOD in heaven as he doesent allow strangers in his house would you allow a stranger in your house

That's not how God works. All you have to do is tell God you're sorry and ask for forgiveness. That's all it takes. It's much simpler than some people and churches make it out to be.

if thats how it works than our churches would be filled with sinners and anyone can just commit a sin and make up for it that easily. do not confuse god with religion. religion can be crazy but god makes sense. dont you agree?
