Aisha and Hafaz ( please correct the names with proper pronounciation, though these are basically Arabic names) were two among 11 wives. Muhammad had a harem with many wives and concubines.

Mirkhond, a renowned expert on Islamic studies from Persia, gives us an account of 11 wives and 4 concubines. At-Tabari mentions 25 names besides five more to whom proposals were made but did not succeed. With some women, the marriage was not consummated. For instance, one Asma'bint Alna'man was found leprous and, therefore, dispatched home. Another woman. Shanba' bint Umar alghafaria, probably a Quraiza or a Kinana, newly married, developed doubts about the apostleship of Muhammad when his infant son, Ibrahim, died. She was turned out. Muhammad also married a sister of Dihya Kalbi whose youthful beauty had made such an impression on the Prophet that even Gabriel used to come to him in his likeness.

Zaid b. Haris was the adopted son of Muhammad and participated in most of his expeditions. Muhammad saw Zaid's wife half-covered and felt a great attraction for her. Though the whole matter caused a great scandal, he got Zaid to divorceher and married her. This was facilitated by the descent of a revelation from the High Heaven (Quran 33:36-40).

Besides Aisha and Hafaz, the other wives were Khadija, Salama, Zainab, etc. etc. But out of them all, Aisha was the only wife who was undoubtedly a virgin of nine years old when Muhammad was fifty years old at the time of their marrige. Muhammad in order to be sure of her virginity kept her under watch from the age six when she was betrothed to him by her father Abu-Bakr who later, after Muhammad died succeeded him as the Khalifat or the chief of the Muslim world. Hafaz was a widow daughter of Umar, who was instrumental in consolidating the position of Muhammad at the time of any trouble within the Muslim community.

Ayesha was Muhammad's second wife. She was his only virgin child bride and he loved her greatly. Hafsah was his 4th wife, whose first husband died in battle. He was married to 11 women but had 2 other women who were more like slaves or concubines.

Ayesha was Muhammad's favorite wife. It is commonly reported
by Muslim clerics that Muhammad consumated his marriage to
Ayesha when she was nine years old. This is considered proper
in many Muslim circles and is the number one reason why over
