exercise produces its own feel good chemicals in the body that can be similar to the after sex feeling - don't know what you mean as far as sex drive pleasure - not sure if you are a man or a woman - whatever - do Kegel exercises - that makes sex way better - escpecially if you are a woman
here is an article about it improving your sex life ~ so yea I guess it does~
There are several rational reasons why a physically fit person is more likely to fully enjoy sex compared to a non-fit person. For instance, improved muscle tone can increase sexual gratification since orgasms depend on multiple muscle activity. In the case of the more mature man, improved cardiovascular fitness can be critical for maximum sexual function.
Physically fit men seem to benefit in the bedroom as it relates to increased libido and stable testosterone levels that often decline as men age. On the other hand, sex can be as much mental as it is physical, and a person's physical appearance can be beneficial on an emotional level, as well. Looking and feeling healthy can increase your self-esteem while making you feel more attractive.
The relationship between physical fitness and sexual function is not the only factor that may increase a person's sexual pleasure. Some researchers attribute a good exercise program, along with other healthy activities such as good eating habits, smoking cessation and getting plenty of rest, with having a positive effect on sexual performance for people of all ages.
A study conducted at the University of California-San Diego tracked 78 middle-aged men on an aerobic exercise program. The subjects exercised at moderate intensity for 60 minutes a day, three or four days a week. After nine months of continuous exercise, these subjects reported that their sex life was more satisfying as far as stamina and orgasms. In comparison, 17 male subjects that performed light workout routines such as walking at a comparatively slower pace stated that they had no substantial improvement in their sex lives.
In conclusion, exercise alone should not be considered the panacea for all sexual dysfunctions or dissatisfaction. However, if you hope to improve your sex life through exercise, you should carefully consider adopting a more comprehensive healthy lifestyle in order to increase the possibility of fully experiencing your sexual peak.
here's one about exercise benefits:
Exercise benefits
Frequent and regular exercise has been shown to help prevent or to cure major illnesses such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart disease, Type 2 diabetes, insomnia, cancer [1] and depression, and many more diseases. However, the actual risk reduction may not be as large as one expects [2]. Researchers have shown that three 10 minute walks burn as many calories and exercise your heart as well as one 30 minute walk. Exercise can also increase energy and raise your threshold for pain. There is conflicting evidence as to whether vigorous exercise (more than 70% of VO2 max) is more or less beneficial than moderate exercise (40 to 70% of VO2 max). However studies have shown that vigorous exercise executed by healthy individuals can effectively increase opioid peptides (aka endorphins, a naturally occurring opiate that in conjunction with other neurotransmitters is responsible for exercise induced euphoria and has been shown to be addictive), positively influence hormone production (i.e., increase testosterone and growth hormone), and help prevent neuromuscular diseases. Some of these benefits can be realized by moderate exercise but to a much lesser degree
and one last note:
too much exercise can ruin sex and/or cause a reduced sex drive : see this ~~>
Physical exercise releases opioid peptides or endorphins, opiates that exhibit synergetic effects with other neurotransmitters, causing exercise euphoria, also known as "runners high", and causing addiction to physical exercise and possibly decreased sex drive. This usually leads to over-exercising and those suffering exercise addiction are often described as "gym rat", "gym addict", "exercise freak", etc.

This could be a medical problem. However, your still young and at your age I understand that their could be stress in your life and when theres stress your bound to have a decreased sex drive. Furthermore, the more you keep pressuring yourself physically and mentally to pursue sex the more stress your going to put on your body. Sex is just as much mental as it is physical though so try this: When you have time alone, try masterbating. Make sure that your mind is in the right place and that your comfortable and relaxed. Try pleasuring yourself until you find what feels best for you. You can do this several times a day for the next week or so if you can and stop each time before your ready to peak. This exercise, you may find, will put you in a better position when your with your guy. You might be more turned on and ready for sex in the following days. If this doesnt help boost your sex drive, talk to your gyno or family doctor on what you can do. In the meantime, also talk to your boyfriend on how your feeling about the situation and let him know that your doing your best to help it. Hopefully, he'll be more understanding and less frustrated when he sees that you do still have the desire to have sex.

If you exercise way before sex (maybe about 4 hours), then it shouldn't be a problem since you should have regained your strength. Exercise will increase sex drive, but if you're dead-beat tired, why whould you want to have sex?

Weight training has always boosted my sex drive and made it more enjoyable, but cardio does the opposite for me.
