from what i read yes this is a felony and yes she as well this missionary both could get in trouble where you stated he grabbed her child that is called sexual asult on a juvenal in my opion the church will .ex. him and could bring charges against her as well him to on this matter this isnt a cival offence this is a felony offence to the law no matter what state you are in in my opion you stated . 4. children was involved .sorry she has.4. children well that makes her a unfit mother the mormons take the seriousley in there way and yes the husbabd can sue the church over it after all he was sent out by them and they are responsable for him in my opion her and him arent worth talking about as for the cover up by her the mother to keep the child quiet on her afair with him that makes all parties involved .her as well the.2. missionaries libal for feloney charges sounds more like a.3. some with them in my opion ?

I find your story difficult to believe. Mormon missionaries are never allowed to be alone. There are always two of them for a reason, namely that they will never be accused or fall into such actions. What you describe is pretty much impossible, unless the guy is not a missionary and you just thought he was.

You should have confronted them before going to the church. The Bible says if yu have an ought with a person you should go to them first and if they don't rectify it then you take it to the church.
