what is the difference between being psycic, and hearing people that have passed away, even people who have died using the psycics body to comunicate, or hearing voices and being told you have schizophrenia, how do the doctors know?

Well, the scientific community doesn't recognise psychic ability. So, they don't have to tell the difference. They have already ruled out communication with the dead as a possibility.
But if you would like to know whether or not you are communicating with spirits or schizo, then I'd follow these guidelines. Usually schizophrenics hear voices that advise them to do things that the person is trying to resolve in some way. If you are hearing a demon (which is what I believe you could only be hearing) then it may be impossible to tell. My advice is to pray about it and see if medicine helps.

Psychics predict events that are going to happen or know things about people. Clairvoyants or mediums may hear, see, feel, and/or communicate with people who have passed away.
As for doctors knowing the difference between as schizophrenic and someone with a gift, I'm really not sure. There may be doctors out there that misdiagnose people, then again I would think that schizophrenic people are erratic in behavior unlike someone with a gift.

You are getting into some fairly speculative territory here. I am neither psychic, bi-polar, nor a spirit medium.
I can't say whether or not psychics really exist, but I know there are many people who do believe they do.
Diagnosing a mental condition requires a good deal of study by a medical expert, and medical experts don't always agree when they do study a patient.
I'm 65 years old and have heard stories about spirit mediums all my life. I have yet to meet one that could verifiably communicate with the dead or be used by the dead to communicate to the living. I am not quite prepared to say this can't be done, but I am also quite uprepared to say it can be.
I have met dillusional people and that is a verifiable condition, probably a rather common one.

If you hear voices, you need to see a psychiatrist. Schizophrenia is a very tragic disease. It can also be medicated.
By all means seek a second opinion if you disagree with your psychiatrist, but not 4 or 5.
Schizophrenia isn't just hearing voices there are other indicators, and your psychiatrist should ask questions to determine these.
Even if you take medication, it shouldn't interfere with real voices, and if they are false you will also know.

Ok well schzophrenic people I think are more on the paranoid side. Like the voices that they hear tell them to hurt other or kill them because if they dnt then that person will kill or hurt them. So in there heads its more like self-defense.
Being psycic well that in my opinion is an awsome gift, that to is something that many cant explain or understand, so i guess there irst thought is to medicate mabe it will go away.
If you have this gift you'll knw, if your sick well let them help you.

My understanding is that a Psycic can see things in the future and a medium can contact or receive messages from the dead.

If its really schizophrenia they can give you drugs to make it stop. If you're truly psychic, the drugs won't affect your supernatural powers. Take the drugs and see if you can still communicate with the dead. If you can't it means you are mentally ill and must take your meds for the rest of your life or get tossed into the loony bin for God knows how long.

Psychics get their source from the devil. It's dealing with supernatural things.
Schizoprenia is a mental disorder. Doctors, of course will be able to detect after conducting some psychology tests on you.

Schizophrenic brains show up differently on PET scans if i remember correctly.
5-element acupuncture can be very good for problems the mind. It's helped me before.

schizophrenia ..is not about hearing voices..it's a mental illness
that has many other side effects mentally..it's to muck to put down
but there is a million mile deference from psychic ..to schizophrenia ..
