im having roast lamb and need a quick gravy recepie

Just add flour to the meat juices.

instead of gravy, you could use some boullion cubes, follow the directions on the container and add some of the lamb drippings. it would be more like an auj jus sauce rather than a thick gravy.

use leftover grease/oil from cooking meat. add about 2 Tbs of flour, put the heat on high, and DON'T STOP STIRRING. If you do, you will have lumps. As this gets brown, add a little milk/water mixture with pepper and salt. Keep stirring. Add more flour if needed.

Use the juices and add some oil, mix in around 5 Tbs. flour stir making sure you mixed in flour really good let it turn light brown and some milk keep stirring until its the thickness you like then add spices like bouillion or salt and pepper. Enjoy

make a paste out of water and corn starch( kind like oatmeal paste ) stir into you lamb juices and you got gravy GOOD LUCK ( if you get lumbs give it a quick spin with a mixer)

take about 2 tablespoons flour and add it to 1 cup cold water or cold chicken broth. wisk it until it is smooth. heat up pan juices from lamb, be sure there is at least two tablespoons fat in it. you can add some oil or bacon grease if needed. when it is bubbly.. addd flour mixture. cook and stir until thick about three min. add salt and pepper.

Use lamb drippings. In a pot, melt butter, cook flour, then add drippings. Taste, add salt and pepper to taste, maybe even add ground rosemary to tie in flavors.
