i have i was at my school classroom in the 5 th grade in front of the class it was show and tell and parents came and every 1 was there and i smart mouthed my mom off in there she actually took the desk chair put me over her lap pulled my pants down and spanked me 5 times i never could live it down

The worst public spanking I ever got was at school, in front of my teacher and the principal, but fortunately no other kids were there. My mom got called because I was rude to the teacher (I was, I didn't like her).

Afterwards my mother said they could spank me if they ever needed to again. They didn't, but that teacher used to call my mother all the time to snitch on me.

Now my best public spanking was when my friend spanked me in the mall parking lot playing that I was his naughty girl... but I can't go into detail on that one... kids might be reading this.

I am probably alot older than you 36 and I got my butt whooped when I misbehaved in a store or anywhere else for that matter, I think that is what is what is wrong with todays kids, you can't spank and therefor you have kids that walk all over the parents because all they have to do is report you now a days, now all you see is mommy I want this ( cry I get it)back then mommy what? You didn't see this 20-30 years ago

Public discipline (of any kind) is difficult but I think your husband handled it well. To me it is offensive when parents yell at their children, verbally berate them or strike them some place other than the butt. You do need to be careful as there are anti-spankers and people who just don't know the laws. There can be disagreement even within spanking parents. My wife and I witnessed the spanking of a tween girl by her father. The spanking wasn't abusive and we both agreed the girl wasn't too old to be spanked. I thought she was too old to be spanked in public as it would cause her undue embarrassment. My wife did not agree.

I was never spanked in public but had the $hit beat out of me many times by my mother in public.

She would grab my hair and start slapping and kicking me and pounding me, then throw me to the ground and kick me some more.

I was with my mom, her sister and her four kids, and me, my brother and sister walking. My cousin smarted off and said something. And i got blamed and was left there in the middle of the road, unable to move.

Everyone feared my mother , so they all kept on walking and left me there. I saw a car coming, so I crawled to the curb

. My knees bleeding from wearing shorts and being shoved on the road and kicked.

When I was five I got a new bike. With no training wheels. Everytime I feel off that bike, I was whipped till I had welts and bruises. Beat with a fly swatter.

I learned how to ride on a gravel road. Whenever I fell off my bike my knees would get skinned up and bleed and full of gravel and I was not allowed a band aids.

My sibblings had training wheels though.

She would beat my face with the fly swater all over while cussing at me and so forth. And the minute I tipped the bike she was right there to kick me in the gut and all over.

Then after a few hours, I was taken into the house, we were at my grandmas. And my grandma went to get me a band aids for my knees and bleeding elbows

. I got the worst beating because my grandma was going to give me band aids. After three days of herendous beatings and bruises and welts and bleeding I learned to ride that bike.

Guess what I got when I learned to ride that bike? i got the living **** beat out of me because I was told I was so retarded because it took me three days to learn to ride a bike.

Then I asked why my brother and sister got training wheels, wrong thing to ask. I got another beating, this time my head was being banged against against the outside of the house while I was being kicked.

Funny thing my bike was light blue and the fly swatter used for the beatings was also light blue. So it was all color cordinated.

Then I was grounded for a month from riding the bike because I scratched it up. And was told I would be taught how to care for my things. Well dah.... tipping on a gravel road will cause scratches.

I could go on and on , but I think you get the point that yes I have been beat in public.
