Simply, you can't. They can only make themselves happy. You can help them on their way. Try talking to them, if they are open they will tell you what they like you doing, how they like you doing, when they like you doing. Get the basics down and then build from there. Read each others signs and go with it. The old in-out just don't work for them as it does for men, shame really. You just got to pay attention to how she's reacting to whatever you are doing. The most defeating thing of all is that everytime you think you are nearer to understanding, you actually find yourself further away. Um, women are never satisfied?
