does ashma attacks cause pain aswell or is it just loosin ur breath ? im havin big pains startin from my troat and go down to my chest and stomach and d doctor said it might b d stress but im sure stress doesnt cause u dis much pain.

yes, it can be your having pains on your throat cause your body is compensating to breath air. your muscles for inspirations are being worked -up...
its a part of asthma...
ask your doctor to decrease your shortness of breath attacks

Ya, it does cause chest pain or tightness at times.Try to take up swimming, this is healthy for asthma. Apple is also good for asthma.

I usually only get pain if I've been experiencing a prolonged attack... my lungs and chest get sore.

It might also be heartburn. I get that as a reaction to my asthma meds.

yes it can...and allot of pain to believe me Ive got ashma.
but the thing is you should try and do sports or go to the gym because then your lungs will get stronger and your ashma better and better!
