Tomorrow's temperature will be double whatever today's temperature was, relative to what ever scale is used. Technically, the phrase "today there are 0 degrees" may not even relate to the temperature, as there are no less than four unique definitions for the word "degree."

Also for all of those definitions, the term degree is not applicable of itself. Bachelor degree, degree of angle, degrees Celsius (or Fahrenheit), and degrees of order would be more applicable.
