honestly i doubt it really u already have your green card those who are married for the minimum 2 yr marriage and get there green card i think can do as they please ive seen it alot after the paper work is final i wouldent stress it

if you are a conditonal resident yes. you will have to I751 waiver stating you enter the marriage in good faith but......

you will have to prove that you had a bona fide marriage.

if you are a permanent resident-no worries

It depends on their status, how long they have been married, if their conditionality has been removed yet.

apply for your citizenship and you wont have to worry about that. No, you cannot lose your green card.
