School massacres are much worse because that is something awful being done to young people who have no control over it happening. . Obesity is caused by what one does to him/herself because of poor choices.

Well, Obesity is a real concern - and interestingly it can lead to poor self esteem, which could lead to the kind of feelings that contribute to massacres...
Obviously school massacres are a concern, but they haven't happened that often, and obesity could become a huge issue in the near future...
